Delo Baker

Delo Baker is a portfolio manager and seasoned financial professional with extensive experience in capital markets, investment management, and equity analysis.

 

Currently serving as the Vice President of Capital Markets at Aure Capital, a division of The Patel Family Office, he specializes in orchestrating capital raises and corporate development while managing investor relations.

 

His career includes significant roles at Fisher Investments within sales, research, and portfolio management providing a strong foundation in client relations, financial analysis, and asset management.

At Aure Capital, Delo has spearheaded capital raises through limited partners, EB-5, and mezzanine loans. He excels in preparing and presenting comprehensive investment presentations and due diligence materials for investors while positioning the business for future scalability and development. 

 

He consistently evaluates market trends, economic forecasts, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions. In his few months with Aure Capital, he has facilitated the launch of private credit and opportunity zone funds while further developing the EB-5 program. 

 

Already, Delo has raised over $4m for the Harrison Project at Encore.
