Chad Toujague

Mr. Toujague is a Managing Partner of Aure Capital.

 

Since 2017,Mr. Toujague has been raising capital and arranging debt placements for commercial real estatetransactions.

 

Mr. Toujague will advise the Fund on maximizing capital returns whileunderwriting the operating history of tenant, developer and market to minimize the riskassociated with an investment.

 

Mr. Toujague has raised over $600 million of debt and equity in connection with commercial real estate transactions onbehalf of Dr. Patel’s family office over the past 24 months.

 

His goals in investing are aligned with social tailwinds. He enjoys finding investment dexterity in projects that produce social good.

 

 Examples include tax-credit medical office projects, medical schools and physician education programs.
